It all started with a simple idea, born from memories of our childhood. Our fathers and mothers always took off their “suits and ties” as soon as they came home from work. Each day in the same uncomfortable clothes: we knew that that was not the intention of life. That has been our inspiration. A woman with a suit of Penn&Ink could change her skirt or pants for a jogger but she could keep her jacket on. Our clothing is in fact primarily focused on comfort. Stretch, flexibility and comfort are very important to us and this is reflected in the entire collection. What we like, that is what we make.
