Shipping partners

Shipments of Otrium’s articles are provided by PostNL (Netherlands) or DPD (Belgium). Return shipments can be handed in at a PostNL/DPD point or another carrier. Here you will find all information about return shipments.

Home delivery

All orders at Otrium are delivered to the delivery address, or to the neighbours in case of absence. It is not possible to pick up your order at a service point or to make a delivery appointment.

Delivery time of your order

After you have placed an order you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your order. You can follow the progress of your order in the order overview. Your order is usually submitted to PostNL/DPD by our warehouse within 1 to 2 working days and send the following day.

Not available for delivery

If PostNL/DPD is unable to deliver your order it will be offered to the neighbours. If this is not possible a card is left in your letterbox to make a new delivery appointment. For deliveries by PostNL you can do this here.

If you do not make a new delivery appointment your order might be sent back to our warehouse. DPD will deliver your package at the nearest Parcel Shop where you can pick up your order.

Proof of delivery

Be sure to keep the proof of delivery of your order. You need this proof if you want to return 1 or more articles of your order.

Shipping costs

For orders in the Netherlands (PostNL) and Belgium (DPD) € 5.95 shipping costs will be charged. This amount is automatically added to the shopping cart and checkout.

The shipping costs for return shipments are for your own account.

Incorrect or wrong delivery

It is possible that you accidently receive a wrong article or an article in the wrong size or colour. When this happens you must report this as a return in your Otrium account and subsequently return this. The address to which you have to send your return will appear in your account as soon as the return notification has been made. When the incorrect or wrong article has been received and processed, the paid amount including shipping costs will be refunded to your account within approximately 10 working days. If the correct article is still available, we advise you to immediately re-order the article, because articles generally sell out quickly.

Order not received

If you have not received your order you must check the following:

  1. Check whether you have received an e-mail confirming your order.
  2. Check the Track & Trace code that you have received.
  3. Are you unable to find your order after the aforementioned steps? Please contact our customer service via [email protected]
